Two of the epoxy coated racks fit side by side in the standard dishwasher tray. Each rack holds 30 sets of Curvware. A major advantage over flatware is that Curvware DOES NOT nest! In the configuration to the right the racks are loaded by bussers and washed without ever being touched by kitchen staff.After drying they can be taken directly to a wait station. |
